The individual coaching journey involves 10 critical components and phases highlighted below.

Throughout these phases, coaching success centres on our coaches skilfully adopting active listening, powerful questioning & goal setting capabilities. It involves us creating a safe, stimulating and challenging environment to foster client reflexivity, creativity and accountability. Although the space should feel collaborative and co-created, we will not give you the answers or do your thinking for you but will provide the environment for you to be able to cultivate a skilled growth mindset and action orientated approach. You should leave us with enlightened insight and absolute clarity regarding your path to success.

Self-Assessment

Conduct a structured Self-Assessment to identify the immediate focus points, key development areas and current challenges.

Choose Coach

Review our coaches to identify those you feel will best meet your development needs.

Chemistry Session

Meet your coach for a (free) 30min chemistry session to ensure good fit. All of our coaches offer this, so you are welcome to do this with everyone before you make your decision.

Contract

Agree structure, frequency and timing of sessions; sign and settle contract.

Goal Setting

Review self-assessment, discuss development areas and set initial set of coaching goals.

Development

Agree capabilities that will be prioritised for development and use range of tools to support this development, from new ideas, challenging discussions, recommended reading, meditations/reflections, experimentation, exercises and of course day-to-day practice.

Integration

Reassess improved capabilities and suitability of your goals. Integrate learning into your modus operandi to ensure continuous improvement.

Capture Experience

Document with your coach your (anonymised) experience for the benefit of our community coaches and to support your own continuous development.

Feedback

Naturally we embrace a continuous improvement philosophy and are enormously grateful for our clients to take the time to suggest further refinements and improvements to how we deliver our services.

Continuous Development

Agree with your coach a structure for continuous development. This varies from client to client. Many like to iterate a structured process of assessment, goal setting, development and integration. Others maintain the relationship on an ad hoc basis, meeting as and when desired. We will additionally send a short follow-up 6 months after completing a coaching period.
