Frequently Asked Questions
Our community coaching is free of charge but we ask that you are absolutely committed to the process, fully respect our community coaching staff's time and provide detailed feedback at the end of the sessions to help us improve our platform, resources and service.
The cost of individual coaching depends on the duration, the number of sessions, the level of preparation (or tailoring) required and the current demand. Hourly rates start from £150 per hour.
Team coaching, organisational development and speaker engagements are typically priced on request.
We offer coaching in blocks of 6 or 12 sessions at a time (with a discretionary discount available for 12 sessions or more). The majority of our clients maintain a relationship with their coach over a longer time period but vary the frequency and structure of sessions depending on their circumstances.
We recognise that many people pursuing coaching already have very busy lives, and our coaches typically offer early morning and/or evening sessions for those who are unavailable during the day.
We can generally accommodate most frequencies and durations but generally recommend at least 1 hour every other week to maintain consistency and momentum.
We have diverse coaching staff each with their own unique experiences, perspectives and styles whilst many clients prefer to build a long-term relationship with just one coach, other clients enjoy exploring different coaches. This is something we fully support.
However, once you have agreed a block of 6 or 12 sessions with one of our coaches, we ask that you finish that block before considering a change.
At the end of each block of sessions (and sometimes within a block) we ask clients to share their experience in written form highlighting the most impactful aspects of the coaching process and any areas for improvement. This is anonymised, stored and fed into our coaching community so all our coaches are learning from one another.

Full and active participation
-
Open and honest communication
-
Preparation for each session including completion of any agreed tasks
-
Setting clear development goals
-
Taking full accountability for decisions and actions taken
-
Coaching is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, mental health care therapies or medical treatments aiming to improve your mental health. We would not typically recommend coaching at the same time as you are undergoing any such treatment and would pause existing coaching if already undertaken.
Coaching can be a highly intensive process and demands a commensurate level of time, commitment and psychological resilience.
